HEALTH CAMPS

• A dental camp was conducted for all our students of our school by a dentist on 12.08.2015.
• An awareness program was held for girl’s students from class VI to XII studying in our school on “Sanitary Hygiene for adolescents Girls” by Mrs. Evangeline Grace, Additional Principal Vidiyal Matriculation Hr. Sec. School.
• A program on ‘Health care for Women and Men' was conducted separately for boys and girls by Post graduate students of the department of social work, Bishop Heber College, Trichy.
• Safety and First aid' Training program was conducted for JRC, NGC, Scouts and Guides, teaching and non teaching staff members. Around 300 members participated. Certificates were issued with 3 year validity for all by St. John’s Ambulance Services, Trichy.
• An Eye Screening Camp was conducted for all the students, staff and workers of VMHSS by Vasan Eye Care, Trichy. Around 1500 students and staff were screened for visual defects and benefited.
• A free eye screening camp was conducted for parents and family members of our students by Vasan Eye Care, Trichy in our campus on open - day during their visit to our campus. Many were benefitted.
